Ihr Profil
Your qualifications:
- Business administration / bachelor's degree or similar training
- Professional expertise of at least 8-10 years in the field of marketing
- ideally in pharmaceutical marketing / medicine
- Experience in working with cross-functional, international teams
- Pioneering spirit and hands-on mentality
- High motivation, momentum, sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of MS Office: Word / Excel / Power Point
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Experience in project management is an advantage
Ihre Aufgaben
As Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving forward our various marketing activities by supporting the conceptualisation and ensuring their implementation through your professional project management. The tasks in detail include:
Tasks:
- Development, implementation and optimization of strategic marketing measures
- Ensuring a cross-media marketing mix: Mailings, PR, websites, social media
- Providing impulses for an efficient design of all communication activities
- Coordination of content providers, external service providers and internal departments
- First point of contact for data in the digital area, analysis of marketing data along the customer/follower journey
- Support in the planning and implementation of congresses, regional events and team meetings
- Keep track and manage marketing yearly and quarterly budget including PO management
- Support the management of day-to-day processes across our marketing stack
